What is being bought
The scope of this work falls within planned maintenance activities and does not include responsive or reactive repairs. We are interested to know some key facts about the market you operate in and how we might shape: •Terms and conditions, •Specification, •Performance Metrics. Your help with this will be invaluable and will assist us in designing the tender, taking account of key commercial considerations for you as suppliers. It is the intention of this Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire to gather a range of qualitative data and information. The information collected during the Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire process will not be used for any other purpose. Please note that this is not a call for competition, or neither is it a procurement exercise. For the avoidance of doubt, this Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire is for the purpose of conducting an Preliminary Market Engagement exercise and will not formally begin the procurement or constitute any commitment by Amplius to undertake any procurement exercise. Responses will only be used for the purposes of developing the eventual call to competition Submission of information Please submit your answers to the questions within the e-sourcing system. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered. •If any electronic file is corrupt, infected with a virus, or otherwise unreadable, the Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire response will not be evaluated. •Suppliers must ensure that all files are free from viruses and other malicious software immediately prior to submission, using up-to-date virus-checking software. •Suppliers acknowledge that uploading large files may take time. Adequate time must be allowed to ensure that all files are fully uploaded before the closing deadline. (No single file should exceed 5MB.) •Amplius will not be liable for any loss, damage, corruption, or destruction of data or information, however caused. •Any extension to the submission deadline will be at Amplius sole discretion and, if granted, will apply equally to all suppliers. •The server clock within the e-sourcing system will be the sole reference point for the official submission time.
