Published requirement descriptionYou are invited by Acivico (Design, Construction and Facilities Management) Limited to apply to join this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of Building, Maintenance and Repair Services, to support new and existing client accounts in the West Midlands Region, when such opportunities become available. Where the DPS is considered the most appropriate route to market, all suppliers/contractors who are registered on this DPS (Stage 1 of the procurement process) will be invited to bid for work through Further Competitions (Stage 2 of the procurement process). It is anticipated that the annual value of work awarded through this DPS will be in the region of four million pounds sterling per annum. Further details about the DPS is given in Section 3 of Document 1. An Indicative timetable is detailed in Section 6 of Document 1. The Submission Deadline for Stage 1 is Wednesday 19 October 2022.

To cover the maintenance and repairs of current playground equipment, and installation of new.
Lot #10Asbestos Consultants
A targeted Asbestos Demolition/Refurbishment Survey must be conducted prior to any work which has the potential to disturb the fabric of the school building. This is in order to identify any asbestos that may be present in the area to be affected by the planned work.
