Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 859 active published awards; 13 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This is the replacement for the GPITF framework with additional categories of supply within Digital Primary Care. The purpose of DPC is to support primary care to acquire digital technology and data solutions to improve lives of patients & staff, where NHSE: - enhances equitable access to services, helps patients to be better informed and empowered; and improves population health management; - optimises use of digital technology, reduces workforce burdens, and facilitates improvements in retention and wellbeing; - fosters creativity and innovation in Primary Care, improve pathway and workflow efficiency, and delivers value for money. IT solutions are marketed on the Digital Services for Integrated Care (DSIC) Catalogue, an online marketplace for supply and purchase of clinical information systems that meet digital needs in health and social care. This may result in multiple frameworks/Dynamic Markets covering the categories of supply that will allow buyers to purchase from the Catalogue.
