Call-Off Contracts under this Framework may be awarded using the following mechanisms:
- Direct Award, where the Council determines that a Supplier is best placed to deliver the required services in accordance with the Framework terms; and
- Further Competition, where the Council invites Framework Suppliers to submit additional proposals for specific requirements.
