Network Homes wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Principal Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D&B contracts (and, for Lot 4, Contractors/Consultants to provide Construction Management services under the JCT Construction Management Contract) and in accordance with our Employers Requirements.

The Framework will be split into 4 Lots by value:

Lot 1: £0-£10m

Lot 2: Over £10m - £35m

Lot 3: over £35m

Lot 4: Construction Management (likely to be between £5m and £20m)

Review and risk notes

Review procedure: The Contracting Authority will observe a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the day of communication to the tenderers of the authority's intended award decision.
There is no right of appeal to the Contracting Authority and instead the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for an aggrieved party to apply to the High Court of England and Wales concerning any alleged breach unless an extension is agreed by the Courts.
