Coverage: 486 active published awards; 29 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The City of London Corporation Housing Service is seeking specialist project management and implementation support to deliver Phase 3 of the Civica CX programme, comprising the implementation of the Civica CX Asset Management module and associated functionality.
The implementation of Civica CX Asset Management is a key strategic priority for the Housing Service and forms part of the Housing Strategy commitment to migrate from Keystone and improve asset data management, compliance monitoring and reporting.
The City is therefore seeking market insight from organisations with demonstrable experience of Civica CX Asset Management implementations, data migration, solution configuration, testing, training and project delivery within local government, social housing or similar regulated sectors.
The estimated value of any future procurement has not yet been determined and forms part of this market engagement.
