Subject to the Supply complying with the provisions of this Agreement, the PCC pay the Contract Charges properly due and payable to the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of an undisputed valid invoice that is received by the PCC at its nominated address for invoices and in accordance with this Schedule 3. An invoice shall only be deemed to be valid if it is issued by the Contractor to the PCC in accordance with the invoicing procedure in (and otherwise complies with) this Schedule 3 (Charges and Invoicing).
- Risks
The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the ITT including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Agreement.
