    "description": "Dŵr Cymru Cyfyngedig (DCC) Welsh Water intends to initiate a tender process to secure delivery of Wastewater Networks associated works from November 2025 for up to 8 years. DCC is currently reviewing the precise structure, and nature of works to be undertaken, to both enhance, maintain and extend its current wastewater network assets. \nThis PIN is issued to launch a market engagement exercise before DCC publish its contract notice which is currently expected to be later this year. The objective of this market engagement is to test our approach and assess its alignment to the market offering, to help DCC prepare for procurement.
