We are writing to formally notify you that this procurement opportunity has been abandoned and is therefore cancelled with immediate effect. This decision was made following a review of the scope of works. It was determined that significant revisions to the requirements are necessary, and proceeding with the current process would not comply with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023.
