What is being bought

Published requirement description

This contract is for the maintenance and servicing of Zip taps across the Durham County Council Estate.

There are currently 28 assets across 4 sites.

The Council requires a provider to service the taps every 6 months and must include the following as a minimum:

  • Carry out operational test and check fault log
  • Filter change (Cost must be including in quote)
  • Sanitisation
  • Descaling (if required)

Cleaning must be done in accordance with guidelines/standards set by the WHA (Water cooler & Hydration Association)
