Published requirement descriptionYPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of paper hygiene products together with associated dispensers. Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver stock into YPO’s distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
- Recurrence: There is a possibility that this framework will be renewed after 3.5 years from the commencement date.

- Change Value of the Framework was set at £5,000,000 for the full term. Unexpectantly this limit has already been reached so an increase in value of no more than 50% has been applied to this Framework making the new value £7,500,000 for the term of the Framework., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: Sales increased a lot more than was anticipated for looking at previous years spend data. To enable time for the Framework to be re-tendered, the value was increased.
