Published requirement description

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the

provision of Light Catering Equipment. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all

public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements through the

following methods:

Stock: By establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver stock into YPO’s distribution

centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Direct: By establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct

basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with

the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer.

Contractual for Lot 2: By establishing an agreement where the end customer will place

orders directly with the Provider on a “contract” basis and the Provider will deliver direct to

the end customer on an agreed basis.

  • Recurrence: There is a possibility that this framework will be subject to renewal after 3.5 years from the commencement date.

inclusive of, but not limited to, food storage, mugs, various crockery, thermometers,

measuring jugs, chopping boards, knives, scissors, biscuit cutters, serving trays, various pot

Contract period: 12 Mar 2022 – 11 Mar 2026 (4 yrs)

Extensions: The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 07/06/2022 to 06/06/2024 with two options to extend for 12 months.
