Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

There is alsosome responsibility to ensure the facilities are safe and appropriatelysecure, under the Corporate Manslaughter Act 2007.Each site has a specific maintenance schedule to maintain access for the purposes of environmental monitoring and to keep the sites secure and in an orderly manner. A healthy cover of vegetation across the waste area is important to reduce surface water ingress, which in turn can impact the function of the landfill, by increasing leachate and gas production. The Council owns three sites: Baystone Farm, Faygate and Westhampnett, with the remaining sites owned by private landowners. Despite not beinglandowner, the Council retains the environmental liability for these sites, but does not have control over the use of the land, e.g., for grazing.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
