Coverage: 109 active published awards; 20 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
To drive their impact, WRAP is improving the governance, consistency and visibility of their portfolio of projects and programmes.
WRAP would like to identify a scalable work management software solution that strengthens and streamlines portfolio oversight, resource management, reporting and insight, while remaining proportionate to organisational size and complexity.
This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to assist WRAP in understanding the opportunities available in the market that would meet the business and user needs, options for integration, implementation approaches and indicative costs to inform the procurement strategy.
It is anticipated that the tender itself will go live in April 2026, and the contract will be a multi-year contract commencing in July 2026.
