Published requirement descriptionRedwing Living of 16 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5BG, part of The Regenda Group, are publishing this Prior Information Notice to invite expressions of interest towards an upcoming tender for:
Communal cleaning and window cleaning services at Redwing Living sites throughout the Greater Merseyside area.
The tender that will follow will be:
- restricted to organizations who will have expressed an interest to this prior information notice
- based on MEAT criteria as follows: quality 60%, social value 10%, price 30% and will be subject to passing our standard supplier selection questionnaire.
