    "description": "Pre-Market Engagement (PME) Notice – Term Maintenance Contracts - Specialist Trade(s) & Works \nWest Northamptonshire Council is launching a Pre-Market Engagement exercise to shape the future procurement of Term Maintenance Contracts, scheduled for formal launch in September 2025.
