Published requirement descriptionWembley Stadium Station Events Management Services, including crowd management, customer services, and deployment of fixtures and equipment to support crowd management, in the form of a station queuing system.
- How the procedure runs: This procurement will consist of 5 Stages. Stage 1 - Invitation to Participate (ITP) which includes a procurement specific questionnaire (PSQ). Bidders who are successfully shortlisted in Stage 1 will be invited to participate in Stage 2. Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender. Stage 3 - Best and Final Offers Stage 4 - Preferred Bidder Stage. Stage 5 - Contract Award CHILTERN reserve the right to refine the award criteria and/or weightings under section 24 Procurement Act 2023.

(b) Public Liability Insurance = £10,000,000
(c) Professional Indemnity Insurance = £5,000,000
(d) Product Liability Insurance = £2,000,000
CHILTERN is entitled to terminate the Contract in full by giving not less than 3 months written notice.
