Published requirement descriptionThe University of Huddersfield is publishing a tender opportunity for its new Professional Services (Consultant) Framework, split into 10 Lots. The first 5 Lots, to be issued as part of Framework A, are: Lot 1 – Architectural Services, Lot 2 – Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Consultancy, Lot 3 – Principal Designer/Building Regulations, Lot 4 – Interior Design, Lot 5 – Structural/Drainage/Civils/Infrastructure. Please see the documents within the tender pack for further information regarding each Lot and the speciifc requirements.
- How the procedure runs: This competitive flexible procedure will include a Stage 1 - Selection Questionnaire (SQ) stage, and a Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage. Bidders who both meet the SQ requirements and achieve the necessary evaluation score, in accordance with the Evaluation Instructions to Tenderers, will be invited to proceed to the ITT stage.
