University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB), on behalf of the Umbrella Sexual Health Service, is seeking to procure a media agency to plan, buy, deliver, optimise and report on paid media campaigns supporting a programme of public health promotions across Birmingham and Solihull.

  • Not divided into lots: While legacy and digital advertising lots could have been used, the consistency of using one single advertising brand will help the administration of this contract as well as driving better cost efficiencies.
