The scope of engagement includes: • Delivery of void works ranging from minor repairs to capital replacements, such as kitchens and bathrooms • Provision of responsive day-to-day repairs covering emergency, urgent and routine priorities • A 24-hour out-of-hours emergency response service linked to a Careline monitoring system This engagement exercise is issued for information gathering purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition. Feedback received will inform the final procurement strategy, contract structure and risk allocation.
