The service includes the following:
- Cyclical cleaning of assets;
- Ad-hoc removal of graffiti and fly-posters
- Ad-hoc cleaning of assets;
- Printing and Posting of publicity materials;
- Supply and fitting of timetable fixtures;
- Safety Inspections; and
- Ad-hoc reactive night bus cleaning.

The maintenance services are to be performed to TfL assets which consists of approximately 12150 bus shelters and 20,000 bus stops on a planned and reactive basis.
The services are inclusive of but not limited to the following:
- Cyclical cleaning of assets;
- Ad-hoc removal of graffiti and fly-posters
- Ad-hoc cleaning of assets;
- Printing and Posting of publicity materials;
- Supply and fitting of timetable fixtures;
- Safety Inspections; and
- Ad-hoc reactive night bus cleaning.

Interested parties can then view the draft specifications, performance requirements, and draft contract and then submit their Supplier Qualification responses.
