Arun District Council has commissioned a supplier to provide tenant satisfaction and transactional survey services across its housing portfolio. The purpose of the contract is to gather feedback from residents on their experiences of housing services and accommodation, enabling the Council to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement and support service delivery objectives.

The supplier will design, administer and manage surveys on behalf of the Council and provide analysis and reporting of survey results and resident feedback data.

The Council's housing stock comprises approximately 3,936 rented homes, including general needs housing, housing for older people, shared ownership properties and temporary accommodation, together with approximately 460 leasehold properties.
