Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 9 active published awards; 9 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The University of Kent requires casual staff during their business-critical conference periods, at the Canterbury campus. These staff will supplement an in-house team of substantive cleaners and will work alongside them to ensure the residential accommodation is turned around from student accommodation to hotel standard rooms and shared spaces. The successful recruitment agency shall supply, induct and manage their candidates and all costs are deemed to be within these tender documents. The recruitment agency’s staff shall be competent to undertake the necessary tasks relating to this contract. It is essential that any potential recruitment agency who wishes to submit a tender response can demonstrate current and substantial experience for providing the provision of temporary cleaning staff, and that this is similar to the requirements that the University is requesting.
