Activities may include sewer and manhole inspections, sewer cleaning, CCTV surveys, identification of root causes of network issues, delivery of first time-fix activities where appropriate, and the development of recommendations for follow-on works.\nSuppliers will be responsible for providing all labour, vehicles, equipment and associated resources necessary to deliver the services, together with the collection and submission of inspection data, CCTV records, photographs and other required outputs.\nThe framework will operate across the Thames Water region. Work packages will be issued by Thames Water throughout the term of the framework and may vary in size, volume and location.\nSuccessful suppliers will be required to work collaboratively with Thames Water to support operational performance, environmental protection and customer outcomes.\nLot 2 - CCTV & Cleaning This lot covers the provision of planned CCTV inspection and sewer cleaning services across Thames Water's wastewater network, including specialist cleaning activities and associated support services such as flow management, waste disposal, and related operational works.\nSuppliers will be required to undertake sewer cleaning and CCTV investigations to identify, record, and report on blockages, silt build-up, structural defects, root ingress, and other operational issues within the network. Services may include CCTV enabling activities, defect identification and coding, emergency response works, pollution escalations, and customer and stakeholder engagement where required.\nSuppliers will provide all labour, vehicles, plant, equipment, permits, licences, traffic management, and associated resources required to deliver the services in accordance with relevant industry standards and Thames Water procedures. Services may be delivered across public highways, private land, and other locations throughout the Thames Water region, and may include both planned and reactive activities. Suppliers will be responsible for providing all required survey, inspection, waste disposal, and job completion records and will work collaboratively with Thames Water to support network performance, environmental compliance, and customer outcomes.\nThames Water reserves the right to refine the award criteria.
