The Housing Executive observed a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the point information on the contract award was communicated to tenderers in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Appeal procedures are specified in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
Publisher note: The contract will be for an initial 24 month period (Initial Contract Period) with an option to extend for any period or periods up to and including 36 months. The contract value provided in section v.2.4 in this notice is the value for the maximum Contract Period including all potential extension periods.
