They will need support with transitions and changes in their lives, as well as with learning practical independent living skills. They need relationship focused services, that see their strengths and value them as individuals, providing outreach as needed, to promote positive moves onward.\nPlease come along to our provider engagement event, to participate in co-producing a resilient and reliable service. We will meet at:\nBallantine's Meeting Room, HSCP Offices, 16 Church Street, Dumbarton, G82 1QL\non Friday 4th September, from 1pm - 3pm.\nPlease email QAcontracts@west-dunbarton.gov.uk to confirm attendance and any access requirements."
