Published requirement descriptionPhoenix Community Housing is a small (7000 property) Housing Management Company. This contract is for the provision of security grills on doors and windows to prevent access to empty residential properties.
This is a single stage procurement exercise with tenders submitted with supporting documentation. Following evaluation there will either be a contract award or a shortlist, where shortlisted organisations will be invited to a selection panel.
