Lot awarding rule: The contract will be awarded to the Supplier submitting the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT) based on a balanced assessment of quality and price. Tenders will be evaluated using the following criteria: Quality - 50% (made up as follows) Account and Billing Services - 15% Consumption Data and Reporting - 10% Renewable Energy and Environmental Sustainability - 25% Price - 50% Quality responses will be assessed against the published evaluation criteria and scoring methodology set out within the Invitation to Tender. Price will be evaluated using the pricing schedule provided as part of the tender documentation. The Council reserves the right to seek clarification of tender submissions where appropriate in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
