National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS) is in the process of expanding its manufacturing capability into the semiconductor advanced packaging area with specific focus on power electronics, radiofrequency and photonics. To support this expansion, NMIS intends to procure equipment that is flexible to support a wide variety of reliability testing for packaged devices. The focus of this procurement process will be equipment for reliability testing capability along with any and all associated ancillaries required. The University is seeking a supplier to supply, deliver, install, and commission the equipment.
