Please register your interest for this project through the PPCS In-Tend e-procurement site (Project Reference STC1161). Once you have expressed an interest, please could you download the Expression of Interest Industry Day Form and complete this form with the names, roles and email addresses of the individuals (three maximum) that will take part in the Industry Day. This form should be submitted via the "Correspondence" section of the In-Tend e-procurement portal. After expressions of interests are received the Authority will send out invitations by email for the Industry Day which will be held on Wednesday 23rd February 2022 at 11.00am until 12.30pm. This Industry Day will be delivered via Microsoft Teams where the project team will present the proposed high-level procurement scope, the procurement timelines and there will be the opportunity for questions and feedback from suppliers. This PIN is to gain a better understanding of the supply chain and to gain interest in the future procurement. Expressions of Interest should be made by Friday 18th February 2022. Please note that none of the information submitted by you as part of this market engagement will be used in any way for future supplier selection or tender evaluation purposes. Information gathered is strictly only for market engagement and to inform the Authority of the market interest in the future scope of services and inform the sourcing options that may be available. Interested parties and suppliers are invited to submit feedback in response to the Industry Day and to confirm their interest in a possible future tender opportunity to offer relevant professional services to the Authority. This PIN is not a call for competition and a contract notice will be published in compliance with UK Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011.
