What is being bought
This procurement is being conducted by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on behalf of the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) who are the Contracting Authority as defined in Section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023. Framework contract for the provision of a specialist clothing system (all-in-one) for national use across the network. Each hub to self-serve. PIN to be circulated in advance to allow manufacturers to prepare samples. A compliant bid will be one that proposes a full clothing system from underlayer to coat, that all integrate seamlessly.
