It is expected the person(s) fulfilling the contract will be able to demonstrate clearly their recent educational impact within similar settings and that their expert knowledge on teaching and learning, safeguarding, and school improvement is relevant.\nKey deliverables - School Improvement.\nSupporting the implementation of the Lion Academy Trust \"school in a box\" model for all 4 Wellingborough schools. Working alongside the heads of schools and the Trust Executive to be able to:\n1. Develop clear, achievable plans for improvement. This is the SDP and associated action plans\n2. Support in monitoring and evaluating standards and the effectiveness of these plans for improvement through:\n• Developing leaders to be able to deliver effective monitoring practices - learning walks, and lesson observations in line with trust-specific priorities and monitoring systems.\n• Use of Perspective and other systems for Monitoring, Evaluating and supporting leaders to draft and finalise the school evaluation forms in line with the Trust system and expectations.\n• Self-evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational offer provided by the school. This includes: the quality of education provided, the effectiveness of the early years, pupils' personal development, behaviour and attitudes, safeguarding, and Leadership and management\n• The implementation of the trust's systems for teaching and learning including: Core pedagogy, Trust curriculum (pathways), and the Early years handbook,\n• Improving attendance and reducing persistent absence\n• Leadership of behaviour including the tracking of behaviour and the implementation of successful strategies to support the most vulnerable learners as well as ensuring school-wide expectations are maintained.\n• Mentoring and coaching new leaders to be effective in delivering school improvement.\n• Development of leaders' knowledge of the curriculum so that they are able to give a coherent and systematic explanation of the trust curriculum to a range of stakeholders.\n• Implement effective systems for PPA / Pre PPA so that staff are able to design lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.\n• Carry out effective data analysis of key information streams within the school including; Attendance and persistent absence, Arbor - and the use of the system to evaluate attainment and progress, and Perspective evaluations\n• Implement effective and targeted teacher development through effective CPD. This is to support the necessary improvements in teaching through targeted\nIn addition to this, there will be a requirement to\n3. Represent the trust and the school locally, developing a wider network of professionals that enhances the local offer. This includes holding the local authority and other stakeholders to account\n4. Ensuring that the Heads are supported to ensure that Safeguarding remains effective\n5. Supporting local governance to carry out their role effectively.\n6. Write reports as required\nAny respondents will be asked to clearly articulate how the above would be met and provide an attestation of familiarity with required systems, procedures, legislation, or proprietary products.\nAn initial internal review demonstrates this requirement will require c.136.5 days to fulfil over the 195 days of the school year, however, the Trust is open to alternative proven delivery methods. The contract will be awarded for 1 year from 1st September 2022 and may be considered for renewal subject to demonstrating impact achieved through contract delivery.",

It is expected this would, over the 2022/23 academic year (September 2022 to July 2023), be through the provision of c.11 one-to-one coaching/mentoring sessions with each participant.\nSupporting the programme would be the potential need for:\n • pre-programme briefing with Trust leadership to identify the focus of annual activity\n • initial launch of programme event with participants as a group\n • the ongoing one-to-one sessions between the provider and the participants\n • summarised group information, for key themes, to be shared with Trust leadership to support the programme\nThe Trust would anticipate a rate card for services, for instance, whether coaching delivered in 60/90/120 minute sessions online or face to face, optional additional workshops or debriefing sessions, and for any optional additional services such as psychometric profiling to support the programme.  This rate card would be used to estimate the total engagement cost, dependent on the options selected.\nIt would be expected that the provider would be able to demonstrate suitable professional qualifications and experience of its team who would meet the contract.  Experience within the educational space for developing educational leaders is a critical requirement.  \nOur schools are based in East London, Essex, and Northamptonshire.  If face to face sessions are required, these will take place at the individual schools.\nAt the end of the academic year, the impact on participants through contract execution will be assessed and may result in the renewal of provision for up to a further two years.",
