Published requirement descriptionService provides an out of court disposal (OOCR) to be given to an individual found in possession of a controlled drug. As an OOCR the intervention is an alternative to arrest and charge for possession. The expectation is that by undertaking the intervention there will be less chance of the individual continuing to use controlled substances.
