Published requirement descriptionNGN's QVD (Quality Vendor Database Framework) is a series of contracts related to the supply of products and equipment for use in Capital Projects undertaken across the NGN Network. The Framework covers many different products and types of equipment and currently has fifteen participating contracted suppliers. NGN has already started the process of re-tendering this Framework. The re-sourcing of the framework has been broken down in to four discrete above threshold procurement events. All of which are progressing with publication being via Achilles UVDB. All PQQ submission deadlines have passed. Framework 1 will be concluded during January 2024 with the remainder of the Frameworks (2, 3 & 4) being in place by end June 2024

NGN has started the the process of tendering for the the new frameworks which have been divided into 4 that correspond with the 16 Lots.
Framework 1 - Pipe, Flanges, Gaskets & Soft Iron Rings and Nuts, Bolts & washers - In Final Contract negotiations
Framework 2 - Valves, filters, Safety devices and Fittings - PQQ evaluation complete, next stage RFP
Framework 3 - Power Supplies, Cathodic Protection and Pre-Heating Equipment - PQQ submission deadline passed. evaluation of submissions ongoing
Framework 4 - Impulse Pipework, PRI Equipment, Calorimeters, Housings & Cabinets and Metering - PQQ submission deadline passed. evaluation of submissions ongoing
