Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 486 active published awards; 29 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
As part of the City of London’s commitment to delivering excellence in our public services, we commission a quality assurance audit service to deliver, on average, 24 audits per annum. This number may vary depending on the outcome of the audits, the workload of staff, and the complexity. We would like to gauge market interest in delivering this service for the City of London Corporation’s Department of Community and Children’s Services in the future. We would also like to learn more about what delivery models are most attractive to the provider market and use this feedback to shape the service moving forward.
