The Home Office and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) are undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the procurement of supplier(s) to deliver Radiation Protection Advisory (RPA) Services.
The services are expected to include regulatory compliance (IRR17), provision of advice from an HSE‑recognised RPA Body, 24/7 support, dosimetry services, radiation safety surveys, training, and specialist advisory support. To participate in this procurement, participants must first be registered on the eSourcing Portal. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Portal, this can be done online at https://homeoffice.app.jaggaer.com by following the link ‘To register click here’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so. Once registered on the eSourcing Portal, the Market Engagement Questionnaire documents will be available to access on the event - pqq_791 - Provision of Radiation Protection Advisory Services. Market Engagement Questionnaires (MEQs) are required to be returned by 12 June 2026. The Authority may take the opportunity to engage further with Suppliers who have submitted responses, either through one-to-one sessions (to be confirmed) or via dialogue through the Jaggaer system. Details will be communicated via the eSourcing Portal if these are progressed.
