Published requirement descriptionThe Home Office and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) are undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the procurement of supplier(s) to deliver Radiation Protection Advisory (RPA) Services.
The services are expected to include regulatory compliance (IRR17), provision of advice from an HSE‑recognised RPA Body, 24/7 support, dosimetry services, radiation safety surveys, training, and specialist advisory support. Services will be delivered across multiple locations in the UK (including Northern Ireland and UK juxtaposed border locations.

This procurement will be managed electronically via the Home Office’s eSourcing Portal (JAGGAER). To participate in this procurement, participants must first be registered on the eSourcing Portal.

Market Engagement Questionnaires (MEQs) are required to be returned by 12 June 2026. The Authority may take the opportunity to engage further with Suppliers who have submitted responses, either through one-to-one sessions (to be confirmed) or via dialogue through the Jaggaer system. Details will be communicated via the eSourcing Portal if these are progressed.
