Published description of the framework
This procurement will be evaluated as a two-stage process:
Stage One - The first stage of the evaluation process will consist of the Conditions of Participation using the Welsh Procurement Specific Questionnaire (“WPSQ”).
Stage Two - The second stage of the evaluation process will consist of the Award Criteria.
Following confirmation that the evaluation requirements of Stage One have been met, Bidders will proceed to Stage Two of the evaluation process. This stage consists of the Project Team evaluating the Bidder’s response to the Price criteria (100% weighting).
Pricing of Work is determined as per guidance in the tender document.
Bidders will be ranked according to their overall Total Score with first place being awarded to the highest scoring Bidder, second to the next highest continuing until all submissions have been given a ranking.
The Bidder ranked first will be identified as the preferred Bidder.
