The MPS will not be responsible for new supplier registrations and their access rights to this portal. This PIN is issued solely for the purpose market engagement and to ensure all potential suppliers are aware of a potential opportunity for the MPS. This PIN does not constitute any offer or commitment by the MPS/MOPAC or any of its stakeholders to undertake any public procurement exercise in the future. This PIN notice does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for the MPS and the MPS is not bound to accept any proposals offered. The MPS is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in any future tender activity in relation to this opportunity or other related opportunities. Any subsequent procurement of any services, supplies or works by the MPS in relation to this PIN notice will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the UK’s Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
