        "description": "The DE&S Specialist EOD&S, Exploitation and Countermeasures (SEEC) Delivery Team (DT) intends to competitively assess, select, and award a prime contract to provide an online catalogue providing support, training, and welfare equipment for Military Working Dogs (MWD).
