• Support for safeguarding, risk management and participant welfare throughout the programme

• Delivery or commissioning of high-quality teacher CPD and training aligned to the agreed programme objectives

• Development and implementation of programme evaluation, impact measurement, and outcomes reporting

• Monitoring and reporting on participant outcomes and the wider impact of the programme on participating schools; and

• Effective stakeholder management and communication with the Council, schools, training providers, and international partners.

The programme is intended to support Croydon schools in developing practice in areas including inclusion and SEND, digital and AI-enabled education, wellbeing, sustainability, innovation, and oracy/communication-rich learning, aligned with relevant Erasmus+ priorities.

Providers should only register an interest where they can demonstrate the relevant specialist experience, capacity, international networks and organisational infrastructure required to manage an Erasmus+ mobility programme from participant selection through to final evaluation and grant reporting.
