What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionBromford Flagship LiveWest are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the servicing, maintenance and remedial repair of play area equipment and associated assets across its housing portfolio.
The successful contractors will provide a comprehensive service to ensure that play areas remain safe, compliant, operational and fit for use in accordance with relevant legislation, British Standards and industry best practice.
The contract may include, but is not limited to:
Routine servicing and maintenance of play equipment
Emergency make-safe works
Reactive and planned remedial repairs
Replacement of equipment components
Safety surfacing repairs and maintenance
Fencing and gate repairs
Signage replacement
Asset condition reporting
Compliance reporting and recommendations
Play equipment may include:

Multi-play units
Climbing frames
Springers
Roundabouts
Seesaws
Inclusive play equipment
Outdoor fitness equipment
Associated assets may include:
Wet-pour surfaces
