The proposed dates for the site visit are from Monday, September 9th to Friday, September 13th, with the specific time to be determined upon confirmation of the invitation. To receive an invitation, interested parties should respond to this Public Invitation Notice (PIN). Only bidders who attend the site visit will be eligible to submit a tender for this service, as the site visit is crucial to understanding the scope of work involved. The Contracting Authority is disseminating this Prior Information Notice (PIN) as a Request for Information (RFI) with the intent to engage with the market and to collect data that will enhance understanding of the market's capacity and willingness to deliver the proposed services, as well as to notify the market of this opportunity. It is crucial to clarify that this PIN/RFI does not constitute a call for competition; therefore, interested parties must indicate their interest in any forthcoming tender opportunity once the contract notice is published on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. Furthermore, this PIN/RFI invites individuals and organizations to express their interest solely in this RFI exercise.
