What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionCapital City College (referred to as CCCG) currently operates two contracts for outsourced cleaning services, both contracts will expire on 31 July 2025 and CCCG are seeking to use this procurement as an opportunity to consolidate expenditure with one supplier for all sites. Proposals are therefore requested for the multisite outsourced cleaning service of a large FE establishment in central London 52 weeks per annum starting 01.08.2025. Standstill will apply. This is currently anticipated to take place between 07.05.25 and 18.05.25. Please raise all queries in writing via In-Tend or email [email protected] tender’s initiated before the introduction of the new Procurement Act 2023 on 24 February 2025 (including this outsourced cleaning tender) are subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 only. To ensure compliance and best practice this tender process has been designed in accordance with all PCR2015 requirements and CCCG Financial Regulations using an open tender with interviews (if required).
