Published requirement descriptionThe requirement of this Procurement is to procure a Framework of Technical Professional Works providing services to the various activities associated with the Operation and Maintenance of the Oil Storage Depots. This framework is to provide works and Services to the Oil and Pipelines Agency (OPA) on a per project basis, in order to allow OPA to fulfil its requirements as a COMAH Operator for Oil Fuel Depots (OFDs) on behalf of the MoD.

This requirement encompass various methods for undertaking overhead equipment (LOLER) services. This includes the installation and commissioning of overhead crane systems, as well as conducting inspections and repairs to ensure their optimal functioning and safety. For new installation packages, the successful Tenderer will be responsible for conducting a detailed assessment of the facility layout, collaborating with structural engineers, procuring necessary materials, and carrying out the installation.
