What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionAffinity Water has a requirement for the provision of Occupational Health and associated employee wellbeing services across the Company.
The scope is expected to include (but not limited too):
- Occupational Health advisory services and case management, including management referrals, fitness-for-work assessments, absence management support, and return-to-work guidance
- Pre-employment screening and safety-critical medicals, including questionnaire-based assessments, clinical reviews, and follow-up consultations where required
- Health surveillance services delivered through planned onsite activity, including full-day and half-day clinics aligned to operational and regulatory requirements
- Management advice and guidance services, including telephone and email support for ad hoc Occupational Health queries
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and mental health support services, including counselling and specialist support provision
- Musculoskeletal support and physiotherapy services
- Wellbeing services, including health assessments, "Know Your Numbers" initiatives, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement activity
- Workplace assessments, including DSE assessments and workplace adjustment assessments
- How the procedure runs: Selection questionnaire (SQ) submissions will be scored in accordance with the criteria defined in the SQ documentation. Tenderer's will be provided with a minimum period of three weeks to prepare and submit their Selection Questionnaire (SQ) response. Suppliers that are shortlisted will be invited to submit a proposal in response to the invitation to tender (ITT). Tender submissions will be evaluated and clarification meetings conducted (virtually or in person). Affinity Water may negotiate with tenderer's and/or request best and final offers The successful tenderer(s) will be awarded the agreement according to the percentage weightings and criteria set out in the ITT.
