At this stage, no final decision has been made. This market testing exercise is intended to understand provider appetite, capability, and the feasibility of different delivery approaches.<br/>The models currently under consideration are:<br/> Single Provider Model<br/>A single organisation holds responsibility for delivering the full service across the entire footprint.<br/> Lead Provider Model<br/>One organisation holds the contract and takes overall accountability for the service, working with partner organisations or subcontractors to deliver services across the footprint.<br/>Through this engagement, the ICB is seeking feedback on the viability, risks, benefits, and delivery considerations associated with each model to inform future procurement strategy.<br/><br/>Anticipated Start Date: <br/>1st July 2027.
