The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.\nIt is the intention to award a contract using the Most Suitable Provider Process.\nThe intention to award decision using the Most Suitable Provider Process has been made by the Deputy Director for Dental Commissioning, Yorkshire and Humber (Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board).\nThe deadline to express an interest to be considered the Most Suitable Provider is 17:00 on Monday 24 November 2025.\nNECS is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this exercise and communicate with potential providers.
