NHSE1023 Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery Services for Yorkshire and the Humber

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. The contracts for: Lot 1 North Yorkshire Lot 3 East Riding Lot 4 Hull Lot 5 North and North East Lincolnshire Lot 6 Rotherham Lot 7 Sheffield Lot 8 Doncaster West Lot 9 Doncaster East Lot 10 Barnsley Lot 13 Wakefield Lot 14 Leeds South Lot 15 North Kirklees Lot 16 Greater Huddersfield have been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Regulations 2024 (Procurement Act 2023) do not apply to this award. The contracts for Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16 have now been formally awarded using the Competitive Process. The contracts for Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16 were awarded on 06 June 2025. The contract periods for Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16 are for 5 years, with effect from 01 October 2025, with the option to extend for a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance and at the discretion of the Relevant Authorities. The contract values are: Lot 1 North Yorkshire £1,750,000 Lot 3 East Riding £262,760 Lot 4 Hull £306,553 Lot 5 North and North East Lincolnshire £2,214,911.79 Lot 6 Rotherham £817,324.62 Lot 7 Sheffield £1,203,034.35 Lot 8 Doncaster West £2,283,590.68 Lot 9 Doncaster East £777,176.05 Lot 10 Barnsley £1,139,258.12 Lot 13 Wakefield £6,399,670.69 Lot 14 Leeds South £6,081,680.64 Lot 15 North Kirklees £1,625,325.73 Lot 16 Greater Huddersfield £2,989,402.29 and are based on indicative activity. During the standstill period, a representation was received which was reviewed by an Internal Review Panel and also the Independent Patient Choice and Procurement Panel. All involved in the review completed a conflict of interest declaration and no conflicts were identified. Lot 11 Bradford North and Lot 12 Bradford are still in the standstill period.
