    • KPI 2, When required by the Buyer, the print Supplier will create a sample using the correct specification, which requires subsequent approval by the Buyer to validate the specifications have been met.
    • KPI 3, The print Supplier will log all incidents and problems relating to Datafiles via a ServiceNow tickets within 2 working hours of the incident or problem being identified and provide updates on the path to ticket resolution every 2 working hours.
