Mental Health Outreach Approved Provider List

This Request for Information (RFI) invites providers and partners to share insight to help Surrey County Council shape any future approach to commissioning mental health outreach services in Surrey. Surrey County Council is looking to develop an Approved Provider list (APL) for outreach services for people with mental health needs, as part of a drive to give people a greater range of support that allows them to continue to live at home. The aim is for people to progress in line with their personalised goals and to achieve the following: • Improved wellbeing and social connections. • Gaining or maintaining existing skills and independence. • Being an active member of their community. • Making informed decisions about their lives. The Council is seeking Service Providers that have the skills, experience and expertise to provide support that facilitates people to gain or regain independence with the objective of requiring minimal or no support. Please note this is a Request for Information only and not an invitation to bid. No direct business will be awarded as a result of completing this RFI. SCC will subsequently inform the market if and/or when it is intended to go out to tender. The RFI will be published through the e-tending platform Proactis.
